I underwent a gastric sleeve in 2011 and lost a total of 70lbs. I have managed to keep 50lbs off without excercise or diet. Now that I gained about 25lbs back, I plan on dieting and excercising.

The surgery and staff were wonderful. The first week of recovery has been tough. Now going into week two post-op things are turning around. I feel so much better and can move around better and sleep at night.
