I had the surgery on the 4 th of July. I am very glad I had the surgery. I am loosing about 4 pounds a week. I did have a stroke about 4 years ago so I am not doing the exercise that would help.

I was so scared to go to Mexico for my surgery. I didn't even buy flight insurance so that I couldn't back out. I was expecting the worst. The hospital was clean. I was having a lot of pain in my knees and lower back to the point that I was not walking any more than I had to. Since the surgery and a weight loss of over 60 lbs. It's been 4.5 weeks and I'm already down 40 lbs. I am the smallest I've been in years. My energy levels are better than before and soreness from surgery is just a memory. NO REGRETS!!
