I'd have to say I had the lap band done in the states and the sleeve done in Mexico and my experience was 90% better then I had in the states. I am down to 198 pounds. I go to the gym 3-4 days a week sometimes more. I feel better when I walk now. Some of my clothes are getting too loose to wear. Some people start noticing my new weight.
