Hello everyone, I'm now in between my week 2 and 3 week after surgery. I'm really glad I decided to get this surgery done for better health, myself and my children. I'm a single mom with 3 children that depend on me. For that I took a leap of faith and went to Mexico to get this surgery done because I have good insurance that has weight loss anything excluded from our policy. Well some company's we work for don't to pay for weight loss surgery but will help you pay for gym memberships and personal trainer's. WOW! I just thankful for Dr. Almanza and the weightlossagents team for making this surgery affordable for me a single mom to save for a get. The hospital staff was great and Dr. Almanza had talked with confidence and made me feel less worried than I was when I arrived. I was amazed at how many people was there for the same thing from all over the country. A lady from Haiti was there at the hotel who had her surgery the day before I arrived. My friend and I spoke to her in the elevator on our way to our room. She said that her surgery went well and she was walking that gas away. She also ensured us that everything would be fine. The hotel was nice and comfortable. Dr. Almanza nursing staff was very nice and on staff at the hotel 24 hours a day. You call them they come with whatever you needed. The hotel staff was the same. You call for freeze pops, apple juice, broth or whatever here they were at you door with it in minutes. I'm home now and trying to get use to my new life and this new stomach. My stomach seems to be very angry with me for allowing it to get cut, so it wants to be treated very gentle. So please follow the Doctor recommend diet and take it slow. Tried to go a little faster than the diet and it made me feel sick. I just wanted to taste some foods my stomach wasn't ready for and it made my stomach more angry. Also I read somewhere on line that if you move to fast you can cause leakage. Now that frighten me! So now I'm slowing down and feeling better. So if your hard headed and don't listen remember you will be punished. This has been my experience so far, so until next time. Live, love & learn!
