All the other diets I've done all my life have taught me how to starve, how not to eat. It was all or nothing. The big thing with sleeve, it's teaching me how to eat. Eat better things that are actually good for you.
The more I eat a balanced diet, the less vulnerable I am to those trigger foods...because I'm not miserable and starving.
I am doing a variety of cardio, weight training and calisthenics, something I has grown to love. How can you not love something that is good for you, physically & mentally? Something I would have never said while I was doing all of those other diets. I wouldn t consider life without it. It evens out my moods; it makes me feel more peaceful, more positive. I can do anything with this new tool.
