I would first like to give thanks to My Dr. Almanza who was excellent choice and I am greatly satified. Also to the staff/nurses was great. The overall experience was good...Only discomfort was the pain the next day after, then everyday after became easier...For people that is going in the future try to bring somebody with you and if you have to go along pack light....Make sure you follow what the Dr..say do after your procedure...To let everyone thats been through it or having plans on going thru a procedure......You have a lot of work to get your goal....So be prepared to make Fitness Your Friend with clean eating....just to update my starting wait was between 235-240 and Pesently at 180 an that's almost every day at the gym....Lot Of Hard Work....But most of I was truly blessed to be in the hands of Dr Almanza/Staff....One thing I would like the staff/hospital to do is Please inform all patients the supplements that are absolutely necessary after there procedure....That's all for now....Good Luck To Everyone And God Bless You...
