my journey started when last year 01/15/2015 i decide to go to tijuana, mexico to have my gastric by pass with dr. almanza, i was weighting 301 pounds, had diabetes, high blood pressure, fibromalgya, sleep apnea, heart problems, nephropathy on my legs, I was feeling miserable, and had 2 heart attack, I was very worry thinking I was not going to make because of all my health problems, but everything went good, I thank dr. almanza and all his staff they where very good and knowledge, I did not have any complication at all, they took good care of me on my stay, (at the hospital and Hotel)until I left. today I am down to 191 pounds and feel great, from 3 different medication from diabetes I only taking 1 right now, and blood pressure is normal, I am not suffering from those fibromyalgia pain everyday like I use too. I feel more energetic now. I feel so happy now, my self esteem now is good. I recommend this surgery for those who need it and are thinking to do but they still have the doubt, I tell you now, dr. almanza is great and his staff too. and is cheap, after my insurance turn me down, I came with the cash money and did with my eye close, and here I am totally different person.
