Like most everyone else, I was a skeptic, ESPECIALLY since this surgery was performed in MEXICO!!! So I researched, read testimonial after testimonial, joined forums (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) and researched some more until I was comfortable with the choice to have the surgery. I made several long time buddies through the forums and was able to find out inside information from the people that had already been there and done what I was about to do!
Once in Mexico, I was able to meet the doctor and ask him questions. They took excellent care of me and I really can’t speak highly enough of the entire staff! The facility was extremely clean and the staff was very gentle and understanding!
Less than a year I had hit my goal of losing 80 pounds, and by my 1 year ‘surgiversary’ I had dropped 90 pounds!!!! I am now at a comfortable 115 pounds, I feel great, I eat whatever I want, I drink whatever I want, and I couldn’t be happier! This was a life changing experience and I’m so glad I chose to take this journey!!! I’m now extremely active. I ride horses and Harleys and look hot doing it!!!! I shop in the juniors section for cloths and currently wearing a size 4 in jeans! YAAAAA ME!!!!!!
I have 5 ‘surgery sisters’ from around the world that I met while in Mexico. We still stay in touch and plan a plastic surgery reunion in Mexico sometime soon!!! Thank you Dr. Almanza for giving me my life back!!!
