I feel great, I have more energy than I had before surgery. Before surgery I weighed 315. Today I am down 100 pounds down after surgery. June 20th, 2013 was my surgery date. 8 months ago as of march 20th will be exactly 8 months ago that I had my surgery. Pure Awesomeness is what I have to say! I try to exercise at least 3-5 times a week. I have no hanging skin at all. I do need to work on continually toning my arms and inner thighs area. You will slip every once in awhile and eat something unhealthy like cheetos or a soda or something but as long as it is not an everyday habit you will continue to stall less and weight will continue to drop. Protein shakes are your best friends by the way. And water it helps with your elasticity of your skin and with not losing muscle as you lose weight. Stalls are normal so do not panic or freak out. Some last for a week or they can last up to 3-4 weeks. Everything depends on you! How much are you eating everyday, how much are you exercising, and are you getting in enough digestible protein and enough water are all important key factors to your success!
